here's some development work that i did for my degree project
the hunter:
he's the main character of the project. i designed him to be bumbling sort of guy but one who could afford his past times. he'd love to be something of an amazing hunter but he'll never get there.
environment work:
this is hunter's home and den area where most of the animation takes place.
unused stuff:
a lot of the stuff here was done as the story and idea was developing, so most of it was not used because they could no longer fit into the story.
acosador
this was the beast the hunter would have been fighting in an earlier version of the story.
designed this after some of the big cats seen in the wild and tried to come up with something interesting. was dropped before i could finish finalizing the fur coat colours.
gun props
gun designs that were never used. most of them were designed for the space hunter scenario.

the designs here range from alien environments, when the hunter was a sort of intergalactic game hunter, to a more typically jungley sort. dropped because it no
longer worked with the new story and for simplicity's sake.
